1. Type http://www.blogspot.com/ in broweser window.

2. Now you can easily login to blogspot by using your gmail user name & password.

3.Once you get in to blogger dashboard you can able to see the option Create blog.

4. Click on create blog.

5. Once you clicked , it will take you to Registration page.

6. In blog registration page you have to give Blog title & blog url.

7. In later you can change The blog title, But the blog URL we can't change it , In add to that blog address is subject to availablity also.
